Any place, any terrain - we specialize in making weeds disappear in Montana.

  • Forestry

Noxious weed abatement is an important first step after any activity that causes soil disturbance such as logging or commercial tree thinning. Soil disturbance along roads, skid trails, landings or historic burn pile sites are often where we find noxious weeds.

  • Pasture

Permanent grass pasture and hay fields yield the most forage when they are free from competition for water and nutrients. Eliminating noxious weeds from grass pasture will increase grass yield - which means more available quality forage for livestock.

  • Range

Range in Montana is generally defined by areas where livestock are permitted to roam freely. In eastern Montana that often means wide open country. On the west side we tend to see a few more mountains and a lot more trees. In either case, we have the equipment to cover any terrain.

  • Rights-of-Way

Due to heavy human traffic and frequent soil disturbance - roadways, utilities and industrial sights often harbor an abundance of weeds. We do currently offer our services to HOA’s, municipalities, government agencies and commercial or private landowners.

  • Bare Ground Control

Sometimes it’s better if nothing grows at all. Gravel areas, around buildings, expensive infrastructure, parking lots or equipment storage areas can all warrant the use of non-selective bare ground control herbicides.

  • Cheatgrass

Cheatgrass and other invasive annual grass species like Ventenata are quickly becoming Montana’s number one invasive species. We have a very successful treatment for cheatgrass and our cheatgrass program typically runs from August through mid September.
